Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Slate Esthetics, we value both our clients’ time and our service providers’ time. In order to continue providing quality appointments and protect reserved scheduling, the following booking policy applies to all appointments: 24+ Hour Cancellation Notice We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any additional charges. Less Than 24 Hour Cancellation Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable when proper notice is not given. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any communication will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. Future Appointments Clients with outstanding balances from late cancellations or no-shows will be required to settle the balance before booking any future appointments.
